Importance of Beneficial Mircoorganisms
Beneficial Mircoorganisms are capable of positively influencing decomposing organic matter such that it reverts into a life promoting process.
Effective Microorganisms (EM) In Real Strong Fertilizers
The species of microorganisms contained in the 3 in 1 fertilizers do the job of fixing N and dissolving P and K.
Sustainable Waste Management
Palm oil wastes generated from palm oil industry account for 85.5% of total biomass production in Malaysia.

R&D AND Technology

Research and development are the lifeline of a growing company, and R&D is given top priority at All Cosmos. We are one of the few companies to have successfully adopted Beneficial Microorganisms in the manufacture of Bio-Organic and Bio-Chemical fertilizers, contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable fertiliser solutions.
In fact, All Cosmos was the first company to apply effective microorganisms technology in Malaysia. In addition to its own research efforts, All Cosmos has collaborated with organisations such as the Malaysian Oil Palm Board (MPOB) and the Malaysia Pepper Board (MPB) to develop EM-based fertilisers. Following the successful development of the MPOB F4 product for oil palm, All Cosmos continues to research and formulate advanced Oil palm fertilizer solutions, including a 4-in-1 fertiliser designed to meet the evolving needs of the agricultural market.
With in-depth knowledge of effective microorganisms and a strong understanding of their potential applications for future development, All Cosmos has established a RM7 million dedicated research centre at its plant in Johor. The research centre was established in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and will spearhead research into other types of effective microorganisms and their variants for applications across the food, health and agricultural sectors.
The research programme focuses on developing innovative solutions using effective microorganisms, including green products, food supplements, enzymes and advanced fertiliser applications. These ongoing research efforts support All Cosmos’ commitment to technological innovation and the development of sustainable solutions for the agricultural industry.

We believe that effective microorganisms can play an important role in promoting green and environmentally friendly technologies that are being adopted in many advanced countries. To this end, we will continue to work with corporations locally and overseas to provide specialised technologies and formulations that meet their individual needs, including innovative applications for Bio chemical fertilizer and other sustainable agricultural solutions.
The increasing efforts by governments around the world to promote new, safe and environmentally friendly technologies bode well for the wider adoption of effective microorganisms. These developments create new opportunities for sustainable agricultural practices and the continued advancement of bio-based fertiliser technologies.
